Karene

Introduction / Summary (2018): Hello and welcome to our Sexuality pages. While this is not a pornographic site, it is provocative - founded upon what people search on the Internet (which is very interesting!). We then relate this to our biological and cultural evolution.
Sex is obviously important to people - and if you want to improve your sexual relationships then knowing the truth about our human evolution is the best foundation. By opening our minds to a greater diversity of behaviors, this knowledge will help you creatively cultivate healthy pleasurable moral attitudes and sexy smutty relationships (free from religious guilt & cultural myths).
Support an open honest discussion on the truth of our sexual evolution and behaviour. If you support sex positive, moral, informed sexual behaviour please share this knowledge. (These pages have a diverse collection of fascinating information relating to our human sexual evolution so people will appreciate it - see our 'nice letters' page!).
Sincerely, Karene.

Human Anatomy
Male Female Body, Reproductive & Immune Systems, Pictures and Information of the Skeleton, Brain, Penis, Vagina

Hello. Thanks for visiting our evolutionary philosophy of human sexuality pages. We are currently researching good quality sites relating to our biological and cultural sexual evolution - as a way of collecting and presenting the most important / latest knowledge and research.

Below you will find summaries of articles & websites on Human Anatomy i.e. latest research on evolution, the male and female body, reproductive and immune systems, the brain and human health.

The statistics of what people search for on the internet does provide great insight into human nature. As you can see below, the top search for 'human' is 'animal sex with human'. Such an interest in 'beastiality' (45,000), 'bestiality' (19,000) - correct spelling, suggests that this 'perverse' behaviour is also arousing to many people.

anatomy (2,700), female anatomy (2,400), human anatomy (2,100), male anatomy (485)

body (3,935), buffie the body (4,115), body painting (3,983), body paint (3,674), body art (2,663), let the bodies hit the floor (2,383)

human (894), animal sex with human (3,428), human resource (2,241), human body (2,074), human anatomy (1,825), human heart (1,813)

Some ideas we are interested to explore / require further research are:

Male and female body size

Genital size and promiscuity

The changes in human anatomy from being on all fours to standing upright. The genitals are now highly visible. Did this coincide with women's breasts getting bigger to mimic the buttocks? Women have breast implants in modern society - how is this related to standing upright?

If men find big breasts attractive, women with big breasts therefore mate more often, sire more children - why don't more women have big breasts? (if there is a genetic basis for the attribute). Optimal size, potential drawbacks, i.e. running away from predators.
Look at females with protruding breasts in other species.

Males are more affected by the sight of a penis than females (show study). Men desire to enlarge their penis in modern society. Explore the relationship between penis size and dominance - wanting to be bigger, stronger, better than other males.

The evolution of penis size to maximise fertilisation (elimination of other sperm by acting as a 'pump', close proximity to cervix).

The male and female reproductive system. How the female reproductive system (in different animals) can make fertilisation very difficult / select the best sperm.

Evolution of Primate Bipedalism: Understanding Standing Up & Changes to Human Anatomy

'Becoming Human' is an interactive documentary experience that tells the story of our evolutionary origins. It is a fun, informative website created for teachers and students.

'Anthropologists and evolutionary biologists agree that upright posture and the subsequent ability to walk on two legs was a crucial major adaptation associated with the divergence of the human lineage from a common ancestor with the African apes. Efficient upright walking required numerous changes in the anatomy of the limbs and pelvis and we are the result of the variations and selection pressures that forged this new ability. The ability to walk on two legs was later followed by other human evolutionary trends that lead to tool manufacture and the enlargement of the brain.'

Interactive Human Skeleton & Mind

Interactive games with the human body - build a skeleton, stretch some muscles, organise the organs, see how the body changes during puberty. Take a psychological test to see what personality type you are, your brain sex or memory strength.

Evolution, Human Reproduction & Fertilization: Sperm Competition & the Penis

A very interesting essay from the journal of Evolutionary Psychology on sperm competition and its role in shaping the human penis, (size, length, width, forceful ejaculation), evolutionary strategies for successful fertilization i.e. semen displacement and coagulation. On sexual intercourse and evolutionary benefits of deep penis thrusting, function of the foreskin and effects of circumcision, premature ejaculation, female reproductive strategies i.e. copulation with multiple partners, human sexual behaviour and wife rape (males having sex with their partner if suspecting them of infidelity).
